Ebooks

Due to the digital nature of ebooks, all ebook sales are final. Once an ebook has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

All ebooks are delivered via BookFunnel. If you experience any technical issues accessing or downloading your ebook, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.


Paperbacks

If your paperback arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Due to the nature of print-on-demand books, all other paperback sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or accidental orders.

Signed paperbacks are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Merchandise (T-Shirts, Mugs, Cups, Bookmarks)

If your merchandise item (T-shirts, mugs, cups, or bookmarks) arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Due to the nature of merchandise items, all other sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or accidental orders.

Personalized or signed merchandise is final sale and non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
